This formula is indicated for sports people and people who experience arthritic conditions. It consists of the following active ingredients:

Chondroitin sulphate

Chondroitin sulphate, which is used for treating pain in over 100 arthritic conditions, is a component of cartilage. It acts as lubricant for joints and prevents cartilage deterioration. Chondroitin is nature’s shock absorber for joints and gives the spaces access to nutrients. It is often supplemented with glucosamine.

Glucosamine HCL

Commonly regarded as the “arthritis cure”, glucosamine allows cartilage, invertebral discs, and ligaments to regenerate. It also acts as a shock absorber and anti-inflammatory. More than a dozen human trials have demonstrated that glucosamine improves arthritis symptoms by 50-80 percent; is equal to or more effective in controlling pain and inflammation than non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs); and can regenerate joint tissue.

MSM (Methylsulfonylmethane)

MSM, a form of sulphur, relieves pain and reduces inflammation, scar tissue formation, muscle spasms, and more.

Take one capsule with water in the morning and one in the evening. It is recommended to take the capsule just before meals, and in conjunction with Dr. Auer’s Vita Boost.

Dr. Auer’s Glucosamine Plus can be used safely in combination with the other Dr. Auer’s supplements.
