B-Sitosterol
B-Sitosterol is a sterol and selectively increases an underactive immune system and/or control an overactive one (researchers found that sterols and sterolins work by activating a gene on the T-helper-1 cell, enhancing the secretion of the “good” cytokines gamma-interferon and interleukin-2. As a result, the potentially “bad” inflammatory cytokines interleukin-6, 4, and 10 are controlled).

Zinc (in the form of an amino acid chelate)
There are over 300 enzyme systems in the body that require zinc. Zinc is required for cell-mediated immunity and proper cell division as well as for DNA synthesis. Zinc, in the form of an amino acid chelate, is absorbed better and is thus more effective.

Vitamin B6
Vitamin B6, one of the top 10 nutrients for supporting immune function, is also needed to make antibodies and slow tumor growth.

Vitamin B12
Along with folate and B6, vitamin B12 is vital in keeping blood levels of homocysteine in check, preventing heart disease. It’s also involved in red blood cell production and new tissue growth. However, its largest and possibly most important role is as a nerve protector. This vitamin is needed to produce myelin, the sheath that insulates nerve fibers, helping your nerves to send messages throughout your body.

Directions for use:
Take one capsule with water in the morning and one in the evening. It is recommended to take the capsule just before meals.
