This multi-vitamin, in combination with Dr Auer’s Spirulina Plus, have been formulated to replace depleted essential nutrients and to ensure optimum working of the body. In conjunction with Dr Auer’s Immuno Boost, it strengthens the immune system. The ideal is to achieve increased energy (when combined with Dr Auer’s Energy Combo), vigour, vitality and overall wellness. Dr. Auer’s Vita Boost not only contains adequate amounts of beta-carotene, biotin, choline, inositol and folic acid, but also the essential amino acid l-lysine (helps fight the herpes virus). Vitamin C This anti-oxidant strengthens the immune system, helps make anti-stress hormones, and is essential in the production of collagen (keeps bones, skin and joints firm and strong). Vitamin D3 Helps maintain strong and healthy bones by retaining calcium. Vitamin E A powerful anti-oxidant that protects cells from radicals.
